training you have refined your skills and you have reached a broader understanding of how the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marense.com\/en\/continuous-improvement\/six-sigma-en\/\">Lean Six Sigma<\/a> process can be applied to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marense.com\/en\/continuous-improvement\/six-sigma-en\/dmaic\/\">DMAIC<\/a> projects.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;<strong>LSS Green Belt<\/strong>&#8221; will then acquire, through the projects they will lead, skills to implement cost reductions and improvements in business processes.<\/p>\n<p>You will then be able to analyze and solve quality problems, to act as a project manager for the Green Belt projects or to be part of teams and work with &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.marense.com\/en\/training\/lean-and-six-sigma-trainings\/lss-black-belt-training\/\">LSS Black Belt<\/a>&#8221;
